Medical translations of exceptional quality
Medicine and biomedicine are one of Inter-Set’s absolute core competence areas. We have a team of highly-skilled translators who are specialists within this area and who are very experienced translators of medical texts intended for both laymen and specialists.
Inter-Set therefore has in-depth knowledge of pharmacological terminology in particular. We make use of the approved terminology prescribed by the Danish Medicines Agency, together with the templates from the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) that are in force at any time. We are constantly in touch with developments within medicine and biomedicine. Among other things, we participate in the on-going development of an Internet-based medical terminology database, where all terminology is validated by specialists within the medical fields. This takes place in cooperation with Knowledge Communication Lab at the Aarhus School of Business.
We also participate in the VidNet project at the Aarhus School of Business. Inter-Set is involved in the testing of the Medicinal Product Corpus IT tool. The Medicinal Product Corpus is an Internet-based database of approved translations of medicinal information. Read more here.
